What you can expect:

• Begin by discussing your needs and expectations with your personal Account Advisor. They will recommend a package perfectly suited for your unique business needs including:
  1. Broadband requirements based on current and future needs;
  2. Extension to extension, local, long distance and international calling patterns.
  3. Location and number of company offices and home teleworkers.
  4. Assuring Quality of Service on your local area network.
  5. Handset selection.
• Your voice optimized broadband internet service will be scheduled for installation along with configuration of a managed router.
• Our network consultants will verify your local area network is prepared for VoIP. Any suggested modifications are communicated to your network engineer or can be implemented by a Clarity integration partner.
• Extension numbers, DID (direct inward dial) numbers, voicemail accounts and your auto attendant are prepared for the go-live date.
• Handsets are deployed. Your existing telephone numbers (if applicable) are brought over to the Clarity service. Inbound, outbound and emergency calling is tested.
