What you can expect:
- Begin by discussing your needs and expectations with your personal
Account Advisor. They will recommend a package perfectly suited for your
unique business needs including:
- Broadband requirements based on current and future needs;
- Connectivity needs for your existing PBX telephone system;
- Current local, long distance and international calling patterns;
- Your new voice optimized broadband internet service will be scheduled
for installation along with configuration of a managed router. We'll also
setup your integrated access device (IAD) and prepare it for use.
- Temporary telephone numbers will be assigned so testing can begin on
the broadband voice (VoIP) service. After successful data and voice tests,
a cutover date will be set with your telephone company to give your
telephone numbers over to you.
- At cutover, your IAD is connected to your PBX. Inbound, outbound and
emergency calling is tested again.
- SUCCESS! Your Broadband Voice for Business (VoIP) service is working
flawlessly. Our support team continues to monitor your service quality and
your Account Advisor stands ready to serve any other data or voice needs.
