Our Story

We started Clarity in 2005 with the vision to empower small and medium businesses to leverage the power of VoIP and Broadband Voice to become more nimble and profitable.

Frustrated that advanced, stable communication technology was attainable only by corporations able to afford pricey consultants or specialized employees, Clarity's founders, Gary Goerke and Steve Gladden, set out to solve the problem faced by small and medium businesses everywhere.

Clarity's release of <phone system in a box>© delivered everything business wanted in a quick and easy "paint by the numbers" system; honest pricing, advice from technologically sound Account Executives and customer-committed U.S. based support.

While Clarity has enjoyed great success and growth since our launch, the team is most proud of the success of our customers and the feedback it receives.

From our headquarters in Southfields, Michigan, Clarity services North America through our privately-owned Network Operations Center and national backbone of technolgy parters.
